RETURN POLICIES
Due to the nature of our business, with the majority of our products are being customized for a specific customer, we can not accept a return on any merchandise that was customized for a perticular customer.

If we have made an error in the customization process we will replace the item with correct customization.

ARTWORK PROOF POLICIES
We send artwork proofs at no charge for those who request them. If we do not have a reply regarding the proof within 5 days we will produce the item(s) ordered without an approval.

ONLINE ORDERING PRICE CALCULATION POLICIES
Due to the intricate programing of the order process for engraving cost, the price for engraving may be calculated incorrectly. This may happen if the engraving information is entered with extra spaces, tabs, or characters not recognized by our program. The engraving cost for some products is .15 per letter and will be charged accordingly for orders that require that service. We will adjust engraving cost to the correct amount on all order that are calculated incorrectly.

REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS POLICIES
We make every effort to customize our product to your specification. On some instances we may replace a minor component with a more suitable one to fullful your order or to make the final product more attractive.
